I was recommended to this place. Never again I will do my research before giving my business. I had three necklace only needed a clip, I was charged over 100.00 and one necklace was fake which was for my grandbaby. Store hours suppose to open at 10, not on time at all for business if hours changed then update on Google. This place is a ripe off for sure. I wish they had zero for me to rate
My husband had a band custom made there to match my wedding ring. The band is 10K white gold and is tarnished. Shop owner said that happens to white gold. NO IT DOES NOT. Diamonds have fell out more than 4 times. He has replaced them each time; however every time he does another one falls out. He says it costs him money each time to replace. They repaired my rings quickly. I felt they were reasonably priced. I had my engagement ring re-tiped. It belonged to my husband's mother and was over 75 years old.
Drove here looking for anniversary gift for my wife. During opening hours the door is locked and they looked at me and refused to open the door. Pressed the ring button and it chimed but they still wouldn’t open it for me. Maybe I look too suspicious?
