My family travelled to China September 2011 and again this year 2012; it's a one stop shop. THey got us the cheapest tickets, filled our forms for VISA and arranged for all the right paperwork. Everything was ontime, including our CHinese VISA's. I found the staff very friendly.
Beware, they might even humiliate you – We got ticket for flying from Seattle to Beijing from Jade, and had the worst customer service experience ever. They have lots of issues -- They don't listen to what you are saying, and don't talk properly at all. Most of all, they are irresponsible. We got our daughter's visa through them.
