Fantastic job with the quality and installation of my Quartz countertop for my kitchen reno’s. Receiving lots of compliments! Gary delivered as promised on the day of. Would have given him a 5 but Gary is stretched thin and very busy…he needs an assistant to take calls and return calls in a timely fashion. 48 to 72 hour response times are not ideal or customer friendly!

You can’t rely on their hours of operation. Twice now I’ve tried to go and look at countertops when their hours are “open” and the store is closed.

Lack of communication and response from Gary is utterly frustrating. Waiting for my project to be completed has left me at my wits end. I've come to the conclusion that my kitchen extension and laundry room project are not projects big enough for Jade Granite to take seriously.

Gary was very helpful when it came to us picking the granite counter tops for our kitchen. We looked at several places but found that Jade had a great selection and competitive prices. Both he and his installers were not only very quick but also very professional during the installation which was done to exact measurements and flawless. Thanks again Gary and once again, great job. We had our kitchen countertops installed by Jade Granite & Quartz. Our experience was top notch! Gary was a pleassure to work with and we will 100% Recommend again. The quality and workmanship was amazing. We could not believe how fast and precise the work was completed. Thank you!
