Very disappointing candidate experience. I went through three rounds of interviews, completed an assignment, and even traveled a long distance for an in-person interview because I respected the process and the interviewers' time. I had a very disappointing experience with the hiring process at Jade Global. Before attending the interview, I had clearly communicated my salary expectations and I did not want to attend attend an in-person interview due to the office location and travel effort. Very bad experience with this organisation for the interview process. Their interview process is horrible, after clearing all technical rounds they say canditurre rejected in general discussion round, till the last round it was all praises for the knowledge and how well you have cleared the evaluations but after 3 technical rounds, they suddenly realise the candidate isn't a fit, when asked for a proper feedback, they don't respond now and neglect your calls. I had a very bad experience with Jade Global. They behaved very unprofessional as they had taken my all 3 rounds of interview and after clearing all those they had taken my required documents as well to proceed. But after that they were not responding and when I was taking multiple followups they said they have some budget issue and then they have never responded back. Not sure why they are wasting resources time.

Not that good place. Very remote location. Didn't find any autos nearby. And in the rainy season uber or ola nothing works here.
