Couldn't be happier with our new electric telescopic gate from Jade Fencing! From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. There must have been a change in ownership and/or administration because my experience went from excellent to terrible. The installer is lovely, but the team ‘behind the computer’ are rude and dismissive, and the manufacturing was awful. Nothing is aligned and the job remains unfinished. They are now blaming the installer. Incredibly disappointing.
