I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and the handling of my bridal bouquet. The entire situation occurred the day before my wedding, when my bouquet had to be returned twice. The first return was because the bouquet contained far too much of one colour of rose, resulting in a colour balance that did not reflect the design and look I had requested.
