The best surgeon ever. I was so scared to have the left side of my thyroid removed! She is so nice and friendly. She cares about her patients like they are her own family! She made the incision where it is in the crease of my neck, where you can barely see it.
I had a surgical procedure done by this doctor, and while she was excellent and personable, the entire process has been a nightmare. From the beginning at the prior authorization stage to dealing with post-surgery issues, getting "Barbara" to return calls has been nearly impossible, which is forcing me to seek care from another provider. The answering machine (which you will hear almost every time you call) states "Please do not leave multiple messages as this will delay response time." She took the best care of my daughter, and will always be my top choice. She has 100% of my trust and that is not easy to get. Seen and met a lot of surgeons, and she is so nice and so knowledgeable. Her staff was just as awesome and helpful. Highly recommend, for kids or adults.
