An employ there is worse one. Her name is Amy Wang. She doesn’t care much about your case. She delayed and laughed about when I push her to get it close sooner. I am the one selling the business and choose this escrow. But I ended up paid the lost 655.37$ and cancel the escrow due to her weakness in this job. My parents used Jade Escrow a couple years back and now that we are buying another home, I forgot to actually give them love and a review! I apologize its so late but Jade made our life so simple and easy while we dealt from a different state to sell our CA property.
Make sure you have copies of your paperwork and a competent broker to look it over before you sign anything!!! They tried to swindle me out of thousands of dollars during the closing process! Didn't have the courtesy to be forth coming with things they didn't understand, just rushed through everything. Almost missed the closing window because of their delays and the front desk "woman" was just RUDE! Never again!
