Maybe the short haired lady at the front should stop talking to whoever is on the other end of her conversation so she can focus on the customer. I had to repeat myself 3 times due to having both ear buds in and not listening. I almost walked out. At checkout, nothing but listening to her talk to whoever is in her ear. Never asked how things were and never said thank you.

Large buffet with many options, they even have home made not skinny French fries so good if you need a quick meal I would give them a shot
Great place to visit if you are passing by on a road trip or if you are a local. Averaging $15 per person for dinner, it is a great option with awesome food. I don’t say this to sound pompous or bougie, but, travel across the US a lot, visiting multiple cities a year and dinning in everything from hole-in-the-walls to high-end restaurants. I highly recommend this one!
