Brilliant crew
I have loved living here for 3 years! It's a peaceful and beautiful property and the management is excellent.
Steven at the office is immensely helpful and goes above and beyond, even for requests that may be out of the ordinary. I highly recommend and can't thank him enough!
*Previous 2 star review* My rent was raised while construction was starting right outside my window. I get woken up 6 days a week by beeping and loud construction equipment. Sometimes the yelling of construction workers. Cost of living went up while quality of living went down. *Updating now that most of the construction is over* I’d give the Jade a 3.5 overall. The apartments are very good quality and usually quiet. Cleanliness has gone downhill quite a bit (pet waste common in the grass and sidewalks, dog hair on carpets, ... read more
