I moved my elderly father and his wife into Jade and their office has been fantastic! Great, well maintained facilities, quiet, conveniently located, safe.
The property is well maintained, tenants are friendly, and the leasing office is helpful and punctual. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and promptly addressed. It is a highly pet friendly environment as well, with pet waste disposal stations outside, and a small pet spa (great for spraying off muddy dogs). Highly convenient location, close to several grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. Overall, a great place to live!
