Pleased with service from Jade Alarm I have used Jade Alarm for my retail clothing store for years. I have always been very pleased with their service. When I hit the 'panic button' police were immediately dispatched and were there in two to three minutes. When I had a movement alarm, they called me right away. Since the perimeter had not been breached, I decided against dispatching the police. Turned out that I had left balloons that had triggered the alarm. I can't in good conscious rate this company any lower than the previous reviewer because I am not a customer and cannot speak to the way that they conduct business with their customers. However, while driving to work this morning in the snow I was cut off rudely by a driver of one of the Jade Alarm trucks. If I were to make a suggestion, I would say that if you are going to brand all your vehicles with "Integrity," suggest to your drivers that they drive with courtesy.

Excellent Company. Locally Operated and it shows. They really care about you and go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
