Call them out to look at my septic system, thinking it needed to be pumped. They looked at it, told me nothing was wrong, and only charged me for a basic service call.
Jadd Seppmann's & Sons has always provided phenomenal service. Calls answered, messages returned promptly, after hours emergency service and courteous/friendly staff. I've called with questions & they have even done service calls to confirm the source of a problem even when they didn't believe it was my well - which it wasn't. I've been able to trust them to be honest regarding solutions such as water pressure.
