I tried and tried to communicate with Jim Downey regarding replacement of a lobby door in our building. Nobody wanted the job. He kept communicating just enough that I had some hope. Unfortunately I could not get a detailed bid. He was always nice to talk to but it was clear after several months of telephone tag he did not want the business. Why he didn’t say this right at the start is beyond me. I’m sure he’s a great contractor if your business is worth his time.

I can’t say enough great things about this family business. Ryan and Jim were so professional, communicative and helped me with a process I knew nothing about. Their employee that worked on our exterior was phenomenal and so kind.
