I needed Dryvit repair and caulking in a few areas on the front of my house. The owners son came to the house and looked at the areas in question. A few days later I was provided a quote that was quite reasonable. I had the work done and I am completely satisfied with job that was done. The two technicians were friendly and worked safely. I will definitely use JAD Exteriors in the future if a need arises.
I tried and tried to communicate with Jim Downey regarding replacement of a lobby door in our building. Nobody wanted the job. He kept communicating just enough that I had some hope. Unfortunately I could not get a detailed bid. He was always nice to talk to but it was clear after several months of telephone tag he did not want the business. Why he didn’t say this right at the start is beyond me. I’m sure he’s a great contractor if your business is worth his time.
Look no further. You will not be disappointed. I can't express what an amazing experience I had with JAD. The compassion and friendliness is by far the best.
The JAD team was great. Meticulous with their work. Highly recommend.
