The mechanical work may be one thing, but the way customers are treated matters too. Unfortunately, the attitude I experienced was disrespectful and unnecessarily hostile. A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way.
Very disappointed with the service. I brought my vehicle in expecting the issue to be properly diagnosed and repaired, but the problem came back shortly after. Communication was also poor, and I had to keep calling to get updates. I expected much better. And he was very rude 👎

Very unpleasant experience. The mechanic was extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with me. His attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable, and I felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, regardless of the situation. I definitely won’t be returning.
