We always wanted a Jacuzzi brand hot tub because of the build quality. We bought our Jacuzzi from the Mississauga store location mainly because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Meagan was very helpful and gave us the "no-bull" approach which we didn't find from the other brand stores that we visited. She was very hands-on from the beginning and I believe helped to make the install and delivery go very smoothly. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend Jacuzzi Mississauga as the place to go. Megan's customer service skills make our purchase of the J-480 very easy from the first handshake to the final delivery and installation of our hot tub. We love our tub and use it several times a week. Nothing better than coming home after a long day at work, cracking a cold one and bubbling in the steamy hot water.
I did my research before buying my hot tub, and I cannot be happier with my decision on Jacuzzi! We are very happy with our Jacuzzi hot tub. What we love most is no scent of chemicals like all other brands out there, and the quality is a luxury style hot tub. The staff are great as well, very helpful and knowledgable, they stand by their product, and I can see why!

Gave lots of good info without too much pressure to buy. Had our hot tub for over a year now with only one minor problem that was taken care of right away. Over all we are happy with our purchase.
