Excellent customer service and value. William was on time and did an absolutely phenomenal job. This is the best service to get your hot tub clean and keep it clean. I just booked a 6 month reoccurring appointment. Highly recommended.
Just received my new hot tub. Got it delivered and connected, setup, and I can say that my whole experience with Jacuzzi hot tubs of the triangle has been phenomenal. From the appointment with Phoebe looking at the hot tubs, to the delivery and walk through on my new tub, it has exceeded my expectations. The customer service has been incredible. This is the place to buy your jacuzzi! Phoebe, who runs the shop, was extremely helpful every step of the way. She advised us as to not only the model of the spa we should get but she also had lots of insight into permits, the necessary electrical work that has to be done, etc. Delivery day was easy, the guys were professional and knew how to set everything up. Once we had the tub up and running, she was very responsive and helpful as we got the water balanced and ready. Highly recommend.
We could not be happier with our decision to purchase our JLX tub from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle. The product itself is unbelievable and has exceeded expectations. The reason that we are most ecstatic about our decision is the customer service provided by Phoebe in both accommodating our delivery needs and assisting us with all of our questions as first time hot tub owners.
