I recently purchased a hot tub from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle and couldn’t be more satisfied. The product is excellent, easy to use, excellent quality, and the price was right. The team was fantastic to work with from start to finish, making the installation and setup process smooth and stress-free. If you’re in the market for a hot tub, I would highly recommend starting here. Excellent service, excellent product—all around a great experience.
This was hands down my best experience with a service company! Phoebe and William are great to work with. They were very responsive, provided an accurate estimate, and completed the work as soon as the parts arrived. My hot tub had a couple of additional challenges due to its age, but William was amazing at getting the job done perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!
