From initial meeting, through purchase and now delivery and installation Phoebe and her team have been outstanding. If I could give them more stars I would. Jacuzzi hot tubs are on the higher end and yet they have provided excellent service quality and value. We purchased a Jacuzzi J-16 Swim Spa from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle. While the quality and design of the Swim Spa is excellent, the purchase, installation and service provided by Phoebe and her team is absolutely outstanding.
