Call now and make an appointment! Do not bother going anywhere else to get your hot tub. If you're a newbie to hot tubs you're going to need good customer service and Phoebe goes above and beyond in that department. Also, the quality of our J5 hot tub is amazing. I can't imagine any other brand being better. We feel like we have our own little resort in our backyard. (A little heads up to Raleigh residents. The city does not make the permitting process easy. It definitely requires perseverance.)
After years of being on this company's mailing list, I finally spotted my ideal hot tub in an email--small, round, a little more stylish than all the others. From initial meeting, through purchase and now delivery and installation Phoebe and her team have been outstanding. If I could give them more stars I would. Jacuzzi hot tubs are on the higher end and yet they have provided excellent service quality and value. Phoebe is extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as market influences and pricing pressures. We purchased a Jacuzzi J-16 Swim Spa from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle. While the quality and design of the Swim Spa is excellent, the purchase, installation and service provided by Phoebe and her team is absolutely outstanding.
