Luis provided excellent service with the setup of our hot tub. We had an issue right after delivery and Luis was able to help fix the problem . The next day he came back out and made sure our spa was working and checked the chemicals to make sure everything was perfect!! Definitly went above and beyond my expectations!

The technician, Luis, was extremely responsive. He quickly came to the house to inspect the circulation pump which was not working. He explored several alternatives before having to replace the pump. However, the pump was defective. He quickly arranged for a new one, which has been installed and is working properly. We are extremely pleased by the service we received.
