Everything was wayyyy to expensive. Talk about sticker shock, very pushy for such expensive options.

We bought a hot tub and were quite happy with the service we received. The sale went good, delivery/installation was perfect.My only complaint was not really knowing when it was arriving. When we paid we were told "it shouldn't be long,it's already been ordered ". It took over 6 weeks and when we inquired when it was coming in during the wait no one had any idea. We found that very strange that you never have any idea when your tubs will come in. But we do love the tub.
Warren (service) made sure the delivery of our hot tub went smoothly and has been very attentive to all my questions. The purchase went fairly well. Not all staff were aware of the sale and what was included, I guess a happy surprise when I went in again to "purchase" the stairs and found out they were included. However Jason is very knowledgeable. We love our (first) tub and use it almost everyday. Delivery was quick compared to other companies.
