The service team is top notch! Zero pressure, reliable, and honest. I can’t compliment Ben, Denis and the team enough. They come out same day/next day anytime we’ve needed them, which has only been twice in over 5 years. And typically dead of winter. My hot tub is fully enclosed in a deck and they get under there, they’re incredibly resourceful. My husband and I bought a used hot tub from Jay on Madison. They brought it out to our place in November and it was cold the delivery guys were great! Unfortunately we did have a hiccup with the tub once filled but I messaged Jay on a Sunday morning not expecting a return call until Monday but to our surprise 10 minutes later he was on it and had Ben the tech call us and they were here Monday afternoon to pick up the tub and take it back.
