They haven’t answered the phone in several days in the service department. Gave me the wrong part even though they had the correct hot tub and now I can’t even contact them to get it fixed. I left a message and they didn’t call back either. This is not good service.
I have always found Jacuzzi Hot Tubs amazing - not just price but ongoing support and service. Most recently, the new product )which is only two steps for maintenance) is incredible. So much gentler on the skin and breathing. Absolutely love it! Thanks so much for bringing this to us!
