Jascon the best manager He is very helpful anytime you need him. He is always willing to answer questions Thank u Jascon
Although we have had our share of frustration dealing with the Jacuzzi about an issue with our hot tub, today's visit from Denys and Daniel has gone a long way to restoring my faith in the Jacuzzi service department. Denys and Daniel were very courteous and with their expertise were able to quickly resolve a long lasting issue. Denys then went the extra mile to try help us with a secondary issue. I much appreciated the service call from Denys and Daniel.
I have to give a shout out to Jeremy Z. for getting back to us so quickly with information on what was going on with our tub and how to remedy it. Thanks Jeremy
