I appreciate their help answering all my silly questions! I was happy to hear it’s a family owned local business and it was so nice being greeted by a mom-daughter duo. I am happy to learn that Sundance spas and Jacuzzi are made in the same factory, so many of their products like filters and chemicals are interchangeable. I have a Sundance and would very much like to buy my products in Fargo (not 25 miles out of Fargo). They taught me how to empty and clean my hot tub. I would definitely recommend this store!
Excellent! Very fast, very thorough, and installation with a crane onto our two story deck was so much simpler than we ever imagined. The entire team was awesome, and before during and after the sale, communication was and is outstanding. Highly HIGHLY recommend them, not to mention the actual Jacuzzi hot tub we got. We use it almost every day and it is the best hot tub we've ever owned. Thank you so much Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Fargo, we're so glad we bought from you!

The name of the game at Jacuzzi is service. Impeccable service to be exact. No one tried to sell me anything. They listened to me and helped me find exactly what my family was looking for. These tubs are amazing if you have any back issues or just want to relax. 10/10 would recommend.
