Excellent! Very fast, very thorough, and installation with a crane onto our two story deck was so much simpler than we ever imagined. The entire team was awesome, and before during and after the sale, communication was and is outstanding. Highly HIGHLY recommend them, not to mention the actual Jacuzzi hot tub we got. The name of the game at Jacuzzi is service. Impeccable service to be exact. No one tried to sell me anything. They listened to me and helped me find exactly what my family was looking for. These tubs are amazing if you have any back issues or just want to relax. 10/10 would recommend.
Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Fargo are great to work with! Very knowledgeable about their tubs and saunas! And I love that it is a family owned business! They care about you! Love my hot tub and so will anyone who gets one!!! We have ours outside and live in North Dakota and it works good in cold temperatures.
