We had some issues with our hottub, but the team at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Calgary were prompt to respond and solved the issue. Serdem came out in -25 and again when the weather warmed up. He is a professional and quickly pinpointed the problem. Thank you for the whole team at Jacuzzi hot tubs ! You are awesome !
Jon’s dedication to responsive and informative client service is second to none. Jon always makes himself available and goes out of his way to help every time I have a question or need to top up on maintenance supplies. My wife and I absolutely love our Jacuzzi and we have been impressed by not only the product experience, but also the level of service we receive at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary.
Although the people working here have been great, I’ve come on two occasions where the store is closed well before their posted closing time. Feedback: honour your posted business hours or update your operating schedule. Very frustrating for customers
