From the time I got the price list and a phone call from Pavan, she made the process of acquiring a Jacuzzi easy and smoothly. Although I had to wait almost 6 months for the delivery, it’s worth the wait. Right now my relatives are coming to my house often to enjoy the Jacuzzi. It’s a dream come true and the after sale service is excellent. Good job. I even got a free promotional Grill - not sure if the promotion will end soon however.
Very unhappy with our hot tub and service provided. Purchased just over 3 years ago with our new home. In the first year the main circuit board had to be replaced as it was wired incorrectly from the factory and presented a fire hazard. Last year the tub started leaking from the elbow joint at the bottom of the filter basket well. The technician who did the repair advised that it was not a normal repair and uncommon. We went to the Tradex to see hot tubs. The service, display and prices were rubbish. We stopped at Jacuzzi, saw exactly what we wanted,$7000 cheaper and had super service, promptly from Braden. He was helpful, knowledgeable and even let us sit inside! We bought one!!
I recently purchased a patio furniture set from 'Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Backyard Living' and Lindsey and Philip made this experience so easy and seamless. My inquiries and phone calls/emails were returned promptly and I appreciated the extra leg work Lindsey did to help me source some matching outdoor fabric! Many thanks, and we look forward to enjoying entertaining on our new sectional this summer!
This is a shout out for one of the product specialists who is excellent! His name is Philip Liscano and he handled himself well from sale right through to post delivery questions. You expect good service when the product is purchased but after is when you really find out what sort of person you are dealing with. We had a minor problem and some initial water quality questions and Philip was always there, happily answering questions and dealing with any issues. Ask for him, you will not be sorry!
