Grant was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about hot tub maintenance. He gave me several useful suggestions.
I wanted to purchase a hot tub for many years and finally I now have one from Jacuzzi Backyard Living . I did a lot of research and planned to attend several hot tub stores in the Surrey/ Langley area. My first stop was Surrey Jacuzzi and Grant .Well Grant was so helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns that I signed on the dotted line, gave my deposit, and didn't bother with the other stores or brands. If you’re buying a hot tub, I’d strongly recommend buying from this vendor. The after-purchase support has been outstanding. The manager(?owner) Ken provided me with his personal cell phone and I’ve messaged him twice (on e in the long weekend!) with questions about minor warnings and maintenance issues. His responses were both immediate, helpful and ultimately resolved my tub’s issues. After a ton of research and visiting multiple different hot tub stores around the area my wife and I were exhausted. We visited the place across the street and left feeling like we had just been at a used car dealership… pushy sales and clearly more concerned with their bottom line then the customers needs.
