Had the guys out this week to do a full service of our hot tub. Excellent service, the engineer was polite and very tidy. Explained what he was doing and a bit of advice about the chemicals and left the area very clean once he had finished.
Its so easy to get a service and move on but I felt it necessary to say thank you for those in the office who arranged and kept me informed throughout. In addition what a credit your two guys were to the business. Great problem solving , great attitude and great customer service all during the far from perfect day weather wise
Have just had a new hot tub from them that replaced a plug in one (13a plug) .we did look around alot before hand and did some resurch on brand ....but in the end it hat to be jacuzzi we went for and we are very happy that we did modle j375 is a great tub and would highly recommend them.
Amazing service and attention
Absolutely in love with our Jacuzzi. The whole experience has been fantastic. Ryan in the showroom gave us great advice without the pressure sell and then the pre-install survey and install team were extremely professional as well as respectful to our garden. We would highly recommend buying from them.
