Think twice. We had a tub to shower conversation done several weeks ago, and after the first use, the shower head dripped excessively for hours. The handheld also was leaking from the wall fitting. I called the customer care and was told that someone would call me by the end of day. To date I have called 5 times, and their response is that someone will call me back by the end of the day, which never happens. Austin and Brandon were my installers. They were both very professional and very careful with our home. I paid $350 upgrade per shower For the 2.5 gallon model and I discovered and Austin confirmed that what I had was the standard model, so between the two I had paid with tax an additional $800 for something that I did not receive. Gil has reassured a refund but I have yet to receive it as of 2-23-26. They were certainly in a hurry to get my last 50% before completing the job! The refund process is discouraging.
