had the pleasure of having my bath remodel completed by Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle on the 24th of October 2025. I was in construction for over 48 years. Matthew Aiden and Sarah did an absolute fantastic professional job some of the finest excellent work that I’ve seen in a long time. This was a good experience for me. Great customer service will a worker named Korey. They cleaned up after the installation and explained everything about my new shower.
Shower looks good. We asked the sales person to make sure the shower head is high enough as my son is 6 foot four inches tall. Somehow the message did not get to the contractors. Disappointed with that. He has to crouch down to shower. We are replacing the shower head with one that increases the height. Going to cost another 200 dollara
Josh and Rob were EXCELLENT. Showed up on time, professional and fun to work with. Installed shower door quickly, checking with us along the way. When finished, went over instructions for care, etc. GREAT customer service. Give these men a raise! We are Jacuzzi customers for life. Thank you so much.
