We received great service from start finish. The sales person was very informative. The two installers were awesome. Friendly and very efficient. They also cleaned up very well
I was at Costco in Calgary and saw the demonstration for bathroom renovation I made an appointment and a salesman Norman Gluck came to my home and showed me their products and I decided to have my old bath removed and a shower installed instead. I was told that the renovation would only take one day . Gerald and Lee arrived at my house an the appointed day and got to work, it looked like it was going to take longer than anticipated but I had appointments that made it impossible for it to take longer than one day for the reno... read more
Work was delayed by shipping of wrong product but that was rectified and the 2 man crew worked diligently to get the job done as soon as possible. Given it was 2 bathrooms a total of 3 full days was required. Clean up after the work was exceptional and both crew members were polite and aware you were home.
the company was wonderful to work with from start to finish on my bathroom shower. They kept me in the loop the whole time and the install ran into a plumbing issue but Gerald who did the install was amazing and went beyond to make sure It was good and we had water.
I had my tub removed in my ensuite and a walk in shower installed. All the trades were professional and courteous. They also took exceptional care of my floors as they were coming and going.
