Reliability and quality of service is very good. The staff is polite and eager to do their work. Have used their team on a number of occasions for our business.
Richard tells untruth. He promised me the world, and apparently the cleaning girls didn't know about some of his promises and refused to do them. I've had 5 back surgeries and can't bend over, and my daughter is very ill. He told me they would clean the litter box, then backtracked after they were here. I paid extra to have the refrigerator cleaned, then found out it doesn't include the freezer, which was empty anyhow. He promised me a checklist for days, which I never got.
