First, the 3 people who were to clean, all showed up late. They didn't have the equipment they needed to do the job, and I had to reclean the hardwood floors because they were filthy and they hadn't bothered to even rinse off the cleaner they used. They had no ladder to clean the kitchen cabinets, so they stood on the counter tops. They missed a cabinets, broke the door off a medicine cabinet and broke one of the shower heads.
