Always helpful staff, friendly and great service
I visited your Joondalup this afternoon 28/4/25 looking for navy work pants and the lady working today was so helpful in finding the right pants for me…. Thank you 🙏🏻
Went to Joondalup store today and enquired about the Curve range. Sales assistant advised me they don’t do it at that store because everyone gets confused with the sizing - you know when they [the sales assistants] have to order in the sizing like 18+ - well that’s such a huge size! Really? I was so disgusted - she told me I should go to the Karrinyup store - I said no - it was all I could do to walk out of the store without telling her where to go! Jacqui E you really need to do better.
Normally I enjoy this store with lovely friendly staff. One of the ladies when I went in yesterday was lovely and very friendly and welcoming. Because I was undecided at a potential purchase on a sale coat a 2nd sales person was making me feel uncomfortable. When I asked their return policy on sale goods I was left feeling very belittled at her response. I will always go to this store but will certainly not engage with this particular sales person.
Had a fantastic day shopping yesterday in the centre. Received some great customer service and a few laughs. Then, went to Jacqui E Joondalup. The lady didn't say hello or return my hello. Totally Ignored me and almost seemed resentful of my purchase of a gorgeous shirt. Didn't say one word, only the price to pay at register. Perhaps she was having an off day, however, made me feel invisible.
