I am extremely disappointed with Jacques Financials and strongly caution anyone considering them. After over 10 years as a loyal client, I was dropped suddenly and without explanation. No discussion, no attempt to resolve anything, no consideration for our long-standing relationship. One day I was a client, the next I was simply discarded. I was extremely shocked by how rude the person who answers their phone was. She seemed offended when I asked if she was an operator, yet couldn't answer questions about their services. She was extremely snappy and unpleasant. Unfortunate.
