I got a new job and found out I had to sell my house FAST. Jay worked with me to get everything ready and was amazing in helping me navigate the process as it was my first time selling. Down to making sure I felt comfortable working with multiple nuanced offers that really put me under pressure. All said, she helped get my house sold in one weekend for a great price and feel good about the entire process.

As someone who knew next to nothing about the very confusing process of buying a home, I was confident that I could trust Jacquelynn as a realtor. In a few shorts weeks she was able to locate the perfect home, within budget for us and did so (what seemed like) effortlessly. Jacquelynn's knowledge of the entire home buying process blew me away. Anyone who is looking for a new home should absolutely work with her!

We found out my partner had to move out of state in a short timeframe. Jay worked with us to get the house lasted fast, even taking time to call us late night on a Saturday, when we had an offer come in expiring at midnight. She truly went above and beyond to make the experience as easy and smooth as she could and communicated at every step. I highly recommend her!
