First meeting on palliative care. Asked pertinent questions, clarified DNR only valid if done on State Dept Health Svcs Out of hospital DNR form, and signed by the patient, physician and not an attorney. She asked pertinent questions on mental state and level of pain. I felt at ease about my condition and my future.
A really wonderful visit. Took her time reviewing and discussing medical issues. Confident Dr. Covington and I will move forward in my treatment plan. Thank you so much !!
