Jacquelyn was great for writing up referrals for specialists and bloodwork. She did not provide any medical care, support or advice to address my needs. I saw her take many notes but she obviously didn’t actually listen or hear me when I spoke about struggles I was having. She sent me off with several more appointments to schedule and making sure to let me know I needed to lose weight and exercise more-as if I didn’t already know that.
