I have been going to this office for over 20 years & never had a bad experience, just wait times. Except one time with Dr Rodriguez, whom I've been seeing for about 10 or so years, & I loved her, best Doctor. when I went in for a urine sample & a test for possible infection ? which I've done in the past being post menopausal; she made a comment I'll never forget about me possibly stepping outside of my marriage, because one of her other patients has done so & she swabed me & said it was a special kinda test, that apparantly ... read more
Dr Rodriguez is very caring and attentive. The problem I have is the wait time to see her once at an appointment and also never getting through when I call. Today on hold twice over 10” with no one answering. I was told doctor would call me at 11:30. She called much earlier while I was in another appointment which I told the office about yesterday. Now she wants me to call her but I can’t get through. Frustrated.
