Dr Rodriguez is very caring and attentive. The problem I have is the wait time to see her once at an appointment and also never getting through when I call. Today on hold twice over 10” with no one answering. I was told doctor would call me at 11:30. She called much earlier while I was in another appointment which I told the office about yesterday. Now she wants me to call her but I can’t get through. Frustrated.

I’m not sure what happened to this practice. The appointment wait times have always been long, and it’s never been easy to get in, but back in 2021 Dr. Rodriguez really listened and took action when I was dealing with issues related to uterine fibroids. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse since the merger with Henry Ford. If you are struggling with infertility or trying to get pregnant, I would not recommend coming here for help.
