I loveeeee this shop! I’ve been coming here for yearrrs for great reason. EVERYONE in the shop has excellent professionalism & my hair come out LITERALLY perfect every single time no matter what the style! When I say Jacqueline exceeded my expectations oh my she did her thing! You have to trust the process. She is very skilled and she explains everything through to you. There’s just a slight language barrier which I didn’t have a problem with. If u don’t understand she has no problem explaining or clarifying to you. She is very friendly n humble. Hello, I went to get my highlights retouched and trimmed my ends. Jacqueline was phenomenal she communicated what she was going to do and explained every step of the process that she did. She exceeded my expectations and gave me the exact look i wanted. I would definitely recommend.
