Friendly, professional and overall a great experience my car is running great!
I had called to schedule a brake repair service for my Toyota rav and the team here were quick and very well responsive to getting me in to check it out and assess the issues with my rotors/pads. They were detailed in their assessment and recommendations for service with no pressure to the consumer and were able to complete same day service in a matter of hours which I'm thankful for; for a reasonable cost while also being courteous to a military veteran. Many thanks to them!
My 2017 Toyota Highlander needed a/c work. I previously had another shop in Haverhill near Nellys kitchen address this job but after 2 weeks it didn't work. I decided to give Jacquelines Auto Service tackle this, I couldn't be happier!!! They were detailed, and explained a few things
They were amazing took me in right away fixed my car and offered Affirm to pay over time which really helped me. They even dropped me off at work while they fixed my car. I highly recommend them to fix your car
