Does not care about patient's health. Rushed me through my appointment and did not listen to my concerns. My thyroid issues were getting worse and my BP was sky high. When I ever would call for a RX refill, she would lie and say she sent it. After this happened multiple times I went to a different dr. Even my new Dr. said this was reckless.
Excellent and caring doctor. Dr. Vayncoff is never condescending. She listens and helps to find a reason for your medical problem and what will help you to resolve it.
Does not return phone calls. Does not refill RX. Basically doesn't care about the patient's health. I would not recommend this doctor.
I have been through so many endos in my lifetime as I was born with hypothyroidism. I've had good experiences and bad but nothing that stuck out. With this practice I feel very seen and understood and heard. Dr. Vaynkof has taught me so much about thyroid conditions and has taken the time to explain to me things no other doctor ever took time to. The office is so accommodating, always trying to work with my schedule and help be convenient for me. They have convenient locations as well.
