She is and awesome doctor
If this doctor is anything decent something should be done about the staff working for her office, rude disrespectful staff, insurance discrimination (attitude of social treatment based off of type of insurance) how much does it cost you to be kind? If you don’t take certain insurances just say that there’s no need to yell at anyone over the phone and contend with someone over what doctor they saw last and it’s been over this and that amount of time.
