The only reason I am giving a 1 is because it’s the lowest possible rating. I would give it a 0 if I could! These people are rip offs and liars. We called for help and was charged $75 to talk and was about to be charged another $275. Then all of a sudden they changed it to $200. I thought that was suspicious. Upon talking it over with my spouse they had already charged it to my card. When I called back to say I did not want to retain her she was busy with another client.
