If you need a piece of jewelry worked on, definitely come here! My wife needed her wedding band resized and Jacqueline was incredible at all stages of the process. She was super transparent about options, pricing, and showed us examples. Not only is she clearly an expert, but her customer service was spectacular and her pricing was absolutely fair.
She did a wonderful job resizing my mother's antique band while preserving the engraving. The band is very wide and she worked with me several times to make sure it turned out perfect. Thank you!
