Spoke to the receptionist - Genesis, very bad customer etiquette. Called to schedule an appointment, she kept on saying the network is bad and I could clearly hear her typing on the keyboard, 5 min after giving my information, she again asks to spell out my name and other information. She needs to know to prioritize her work. Unprofessional and bad service!
Dr Bavaro is amazing ! She has great bedside manners … she never rushes her consultation. She didn’t deliver my first baby because that’s when COVID started and the hospitals were trying to figure out what to do ! My second pregnancy was delivered by Dr Bavaro ! She did come to my room after my c-section to see how I was doing. I’m a small woman with babies both over 9lbs ! My follow up appointments were fantastic.
