Ketchlin is rude and does not listen to anything you tell her. I injured my knee after jumping down a few steps, blew up huge and hurt for months, and asked to have it checked. I was told "at your age and weight" (age 36 and 200lbs) "it's probably just arthritis". I repeated how i hurt myself and asked for an xray. She said "why would i waste time doing that now, we won't give you a knee replacement until you're at least 60". I never got any treatment. I do not recommend this practitioner, nor Susquehanna Family Practice to anyone searching for a doctor’s office that cares. I thought Dr. Kelchlin was nice until she made a mistake that cost me $600. I was having some lower abdominal pain that was likely associated with ongoing cysts on the ovaries. This is something I’ve dealt with before and the pain felt similar.
