Dr. Jacqueline Jones is absolutely amazing! She was incredibly attentive and detailed during my visit, and her bedside manner is truly next level. If 10 is the highest score possible, she deserves well beyond that! Her staff was also wonderful—so kind, professional, and welcoming. If you’re looking for an outstanding ENT specialist, I highly recommend Dr. Jackie Jones—she’s simply fabulous!
Let me start this by saying that my husband and I have seen a number of doctors and specialists in our lifetime and have NEVER written a negative review before…. Also, Dr. Jones is a great ENT and definitely knows what she is doing so this has nothing to do with her ability to provide excellent hands on care! BUT… My almost 2.5 year old daughter had tubes placed in her ears a little over a year ago. The procedure went incredibly smoothly and Dr. Jones had her in and out of the surgery center within an hour… zero complaints t... read more

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Jones' office. I took my kids to her for a second opinion and she was so patient and pleasant with them. She also is thorough, knowledgeable and found issues that were previously overlooked by a different doctor. All of the staff at the office are all very friendly and great with kids. Overall highly recommend if you are looking for an excellent ENT.
Had to deal with awful treatment at reception only to receive the most rushed appointment I've had for my daughter. Overwhelming information with little guidance and support. Unfortunately had to call reception to confirm medication and was met with an "I don't know" as if asking a question about my daughters care was annoying her. I will not be returning and will let other parents and my pediatrician know about my experience.
