Dr Hayes is the BEST FACT Her & her Professional staff has ALWAYS made me feel like they REALLY Care about her patients . She takes the time to Listen to your worries or concerns about any health issues you may be going through I HIGHLY Recommend her to ANYONE that needs a Professional & Understanding Primary care Dr . Her lab technicians are Very professional as well She has been my Dr for some yrs now & I wouldn't even dream about switching to another Primary care Physician 5 stars to her & her staff .
This office is so completely disorganized its unreal. Most recently I asked Dr. Hayes to make an appointment to get me an X-Ray. The following week I walk into Metro Imaging to get the Xray they have no idea because she never called. Terrible communication in this office. I was there for over 2 years & it was always a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!
She's great! Takes amazing care of my dad!
Today I saw Laurie nurse practitioner. She was very pleasant and answered all questions I had made my visit wonderful. And then Miss Keisha in the lab had to draw my blood. She got it done on the first stick. Times in the past it’s within two or three sticks to get blood for me. Both ladies did an impeccable job.
