I've been waiting weeks for a lab test results, no one in the office has reached out to me even after I have called multiple times. There is nothing on my portal and I was also given a fee to pay... for no service. I know she is retiring and no longer cares to give good and quality care to her patients since she is practically out but it's embarassing how bad everything has gone for this office, I will no longer be back wasting my time and will always tell people to avoid this horrible office at all costs.
PLEASE READ I had an awful horrible experience at Dr. Garda’s office and would hate for anyone else to experience the same. At first, Dr. Garda seemed very friendly and personable. I was in just for a wellness visit but I had specific lab work that I wanted ordered. I made it clear to both the tech and Dr. Garda all the labs I wanted ordered. Dr. Garda is the best I’ve ever had as a female gynecologist doctor. I love her to death. She took care of me when I truly needed it when I was in pain. I highly recommend her as a doctor for any female that needs one.
Love Dr. Garda, she made me feel important, listened to my concerns.
I never usually write reviews but I feel like this has been the worst office I have ever dealt with. Dr. Garda is nice and all, but she’s not on top of things. When I specifically asked for lab work to be done, she did not request all the lab work that needed to be done. Their portal is useless and does not even allow you to view test results.
