This review isn't about Dr. Hamilton but rather it's about this Orlando Health facility. I called to make an appointment as a new patient. Spent about 10 minutes on the phone giving information and explained I was making the appointment due to pain (i.e. urgent). Finally when it was time to book the appointment I was told the earliest they could get me in was 3 1/2 weeks out. Ridiculous, just an absolute failure to provide any kind of reasonable service. I was so disappointed! During 2 years I had no physical exam, all the appointments was sitting in front of her and she asked questions and writing and writing in her computer!
I am so over being disrespected by this doctor. Today was the last time I will waste my time waiting for her. I left after 1 1/2 hours. I have never been seen in this office in under an hours time. This is nothing but greed and disrespect for her patients. She overbooks patients for the almighty dollar without regard for anyone but herself. No doctor is worth hours and hours of my time. There are plenty of good doctors around. I suggest you find a different one or bring something to keep you entertained like knitting.
