I don’t recommend her service, she was very careless during all the tests I had done. She never followed up or explained my results

I was told at the front desk that the annual check-up was free and wouldn’t require payment. During my visit, I told the nurse I had a Pap smear last year with normal results and didn’t need another. I also mentioned I’ve had PCOS since I was 19 (I’m way older now) and have been managing it with other doctors. This was my first visit with this doctor due to a change in insurance.
