I was told at the front desk that the annual check-up was free and wouldn’t require payment. During my visit, I told the nurse I had a Pap smear last year with normal results and didn’t need another. I also mentioned I’ve had PCOS since I was 19 (I’m way older now) and have been managing it with other doctors. This was my first visit with this doctor due to a change in insurance. Current situation: I am about to call another doctor to have them explain my lab results because it’s been a month and 4 calls into the office and still no word from Doctor Saitta. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I’ve never had a medical experience quite like this and I can’t imagine that I’m the only patient of hers experiencing this.
