Update on 4/9/25: After few negative experiences and empty promises, I decided to change my review about this jewelry store. At first, everything seemed fine. The store owner would accept any request we made regarding stone setting. I even left him a few gemstones so that he could order and try setting them on rings for me. He would accept every request I asked. His answer was "I will check with the vendors and give you a call next week." Few weeks went by, no call.
