well, I understand AHC( Aurora Health Care) and this Rehab service said they charge from $300 upto $600 per Appointment and They say they don't know if Your Health Insurance or Medicare will cover it Until AFTER they submit the bill.. If Using Medicare, Make sure it does and/or you have a Supp. Plan that Medicare won't cover or you could be paying the Min of $60 per appt. and Up .. or maybe do a couple of Appointments, submit the bills and wait and see if they approve it and pay for it before proceeding ...
