One star is giving this office too much. The staff is incompetent. The office manager is rude. She tries to come off professional, but she's not. They have rescheduled me 2x. Which both times i requested the day off. I would recommend not to waste your time.
Doctor Maynard was fine. The staff is incompetent. When you ask about blood work they blow you off or ignore you. When you call the following day and ask about blood work and ask why you were not called. You are told the MA hadn't gotten around to it. Angela Rohrbaugh is arrogant and won't listen to you. I would give minus stars if I could.
My parents had appointment with Dr.Maynard, which was cancelled on the day of appointment with no reason, while it was confirmed the day before. I had to take the day off, and set up baby sitter. All this inconvenience, just because my parents have medicaid?
