All of her nurses are extremely unprofessional. Jackie is kind, but I’ve never been confident in her care. She doesn’t seem very intelligent and her lack of understanding when it comes to communicating your concerns has always made me uncomfortable. There are plenty of other better pediatricians than Jackie. If you miss any appointments they’ll dismiss you and won’t take you back. Find a different provider that cares and appreciates your child.

I do not recommend Jacqueline to young patients. Her hands were heavy and was not gentle with handling the ears of my 6 year old nephew, his ears became infected after nurse Jacqueline supposedly “cleaned” them.

Jackie and an amazing Nurse Practitioner and I would highly recommend her. At our last appointment she spent a lot of time with my daughter and I helping us understand ADHD and all the things that can help her. We didn't feel rush and she gave us plenty of time to ask questions. She is a wealth of knowledge on this topic and I know my daughter is in good hands!
